The café on the first floor operates during the museum's regular hours.

To access all discounts, a digital ID proving student, teacher or retiree status must be presented.

 

Recommendations

Tickets. For faster entry, we recommend purchasing tickets online by selecting the date of your visit.

Cloakroom. To protect the artworks, some personal items are not allowed in the exhibition halls. Backpacks, handbags, and other items larger than 30 x 40 cm must be left in the cloakroom. If you wish, you may take your valuables with you in a special bag we provide. Items larger than 70 x 55 cm or wheeled luggage cannot be stored.

Personal photos. Photography without flash is allowed in the museum galleries for personal, non-commercial use.

Food and drinks. To preserve the integrity of the artworks, food and drinks are not allowed in the galleries. 

Wheeled vehicles. There is a bike rack provided by the City Government on the museum sidewalk where bicycles may be parked. Bicycles and other wheeled vehicles, including scooters and skateboards, are not allowed inside the museum.  

Guidance. The museum staff is always available to guide you and answer your questions. We hope you enjoy your visit!

 

Groups

To visit the museum with groups of more than 10 people, with or without a guide, it is necessary to book in advance.
